Rapper Gucci Mane has been ordered to pay nearly $60,000 (£37,500) to a woman he pushed out of his moving car last year (11).
The rapper, real name Radric Davis, was accused of shoving Diana Graham
out of his vehicle in Atlanta, Georgia on 28 January (11), and he later
pleaded guilty to two counts of battery, two counts of reckless conduct,
and one count of disorderly conduct.
He was was ordered to serve six months
behind bars for the crime, which he completed in December (11) after
serving less than half the sentence, and he was subsequently hit with a
lawsuit from Graham alleging emotional distress, anguish, and pain.
Now Davis has been ordered to cough up $58,161 (£36,350) in damages to Graham for medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering after a default judgement was made when he failed to show up for a court hearing.
